Return & Exchange Policy for DhagaShaga
At DhagaShaga, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items must match the product originally delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are washed, worn, or altered.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Change of mind is not accepted.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, contact our support team through our website DhagaShaga.com or WhatsApp.
Provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
Our support team will share the return address and detailed instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange.
Exchange Accepted If
You received the wrong product.
The item arrived damaged.
There is a size issue.
If your required size is available, it will be exchanged. If not, you may select another item of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, unless the exchange is required due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Important Exchange Conditions
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping Returns
You must send the return parcel to the address provided by our support team.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
Note: DhagaShaga is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit, as it is beyond our control.
