DhagaShaga operates Cash on Delivery (COD) only across Pakistan.
Orders are confirmed once the customer provides accurate delivery information.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if information is incorrect or fraudulent.

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Items that are washed, worn, altered, or custom-made are non-returnable.
